2009-10: Cross Country
• Was the top Mountaineer finisher in all five meets in which he participated in as a senior.
• Took home first-team all-SoCon honors for the second consecutive year with a fourth place finish at the conference meet.
• Posted career-best 8k time of 23:56 at the Paul Short Run.
• Also established a new 10k personal record at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a time of 31:23, good for a 31st place finish.
2008-09: Cross Country
• Paced ASU with a time of 24:59 at the Winthrop Invitational, good for 2nd place in the Gold Run
• Notched a fifth place finish at SoCon Cross Country Championships with a season-best time of 24: 49
• Earned first team all-SoCon honors
Track and Field
• Ran the 3000m and the 5000m during indoor season
• Finished sixth at the UNC Classic in the 3000m run
• Season was interrupted with injury -- earned redshirt for outdoor
2007-08: Cross Country
• Tenth at SoCon Cross Country Championships, named all-SoCon
• Competed at NCAA Southeast Regionals, had third-best team finish (68th)
Track and Field
• Third in both the 3000m and 5000m runs, along with finishingfourth in the mile at the SoCon Indoor Championships
• Took home a second-place finish in the 5000m run, third in the 1500 and fourth in the 10,000m run at the SoCon Outdoor Championships
2006-07: Cross Country
• First in the SoCon Championships with a time of 25:17.19
• Named all-SoCon and SoCon Runner of the Year
Track and Field
• Finished fourth in the mile run and recorded a pr along with placing second in the 3000m run at the SoCon Indoor Championships
• Captured first at the SoCon Outdoor Championships in the 10,000m run and finished sixth in the 5,000m run
