2009-10: Cross Country
• Competed in five races for Appalachian, including the SoCon Championship and the NCAA Southeast Regional
• Recorded new 8k personal best at the Blue Ridge Open
• Earned second-team all-SoCon honors with 10th place finish at SoCon Championship


2008-09: Cross Country
•Finished 10th at SoCon Cross Country Championships earning second team all-SoCon honors
Track and Field
•Placed third in the mile and was member of first place distance medley relay team at SoCon Indoor Championships

2007-08 Track and Field
• Placed second in the mile run at the SoCon Indoor Championships and was also a member of the first place Distance Medley Relay team, earning all SoCon honors
• Also finished fifth in the 800 meter run at the indoor meet
• Earned all-SoCon honors by finishing second in the 1500-meter run at the SoCon Outdoor Championships

2006-07 Cross Country
• Placed 18th at the SoCon Cross Country Championships and earned SoCon Freshman of the Year honors

• Was an indoor conference champion in the distance medley relay
