• Competed in five meets for the Mountaineers as a senior, including the SoCon Championship and the NCAA Southeast Regional.
• Placed 21st at season-opening Covered Bridge Open with a time of 20:47.
• Just missed all-conference honors after finishing 17th at SoCon Championships with a time of 25:59.57.
2008-09: Cross Country
• Competed in four meets for Appalachian
• Season-best time came at the Paul Short Run in Bethlehem, Pa. (25:55)
• Placed 42nd at the SoCon Cross Country Championship with a time of 26:39
Track and Field
• Member of SoCon champion distance medley relay team at SoCon Indoor Championships
• Helped ASU to a team title at the SoCon Indoor Championships by placing sixth in the mile
• Competed in the 1500m run at the SoCon Outdoor Championships
2007-08: Cross Country
• Competed in two races for the Mountaineers
• Best finish came at the Mountaineer Open (21st)

• Did not compete during the indoor season
• Ran the 800, 1500 and 5000m runs at six meets during the outdoor season
