2009-10 Cross Country
• Competed in three races for the Mountaineers.
• Established new 8k personal best of 26:19.20 at the Blue Ridge Open.
• Placed 31st at the SoCon Championships.

2008-09: Cross Country
• Competed in four events for the Mountaineers
• Best finish came at the Lenoir-Rhyne Invitational (23rd)
• Turned in a season-best time of 26:51 at the Winthrop Invitational

Track and Field
• Earned all-conference honors with a third place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at SoCon Outdoor Championships
• Qualified for USATF JR. Nationals in the 3000m steeplechase, and posted a personal best time of 9:26.63

High School :
• 3A state indoor champion in the 3200 meter run.
