Cross Country:

• Ran a PR of 21:35.00 in the 5K at the Upstate Invitational.
• Competed in the 6K at the Wake Forest CC Invitational and ran a PR of 26:22.20

Indoor:

• Won the mile with a PR of 5:25.21 at the Appalachian Indoor Open Split Track Meet
• Set a PR of 19:48.49 in the 5,000 meters at the Buccaneer Invitational
• Finished sixth at the Mountaineer Indoor Open Track Meet in the mile with a time of 5:34.82

Outdoor:

• Finished 20th in the 1,500 meters with a PR of 4:57.43 and placed 11th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:42.23 at the Sun Belt Conference Championships
• Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 11:51.99 at the Mountaineer Outdoor Open Meet
• Set a PR of 11:15.88 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and won the event at the Charlotte Invitational
• Ran a time of 12:02.60 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the High Point VertKlasse Meeting.
• Opened up the season running a PR of 11:06.31 in the 3,000 meters and ran the 1,500 meters in 5:08.35 at the Wake Forest Open

2014-15

Indoor:

• Took 13th place at the Mountaineer Open’s 3000m (12:10.59)

Outdoor:

• Placed in the top 10 twice including second at the App State Open’s 3000m steeplechase (12:57.13) and ninth at the Charlotte Invite’s same event (12:50.82)

High School

• All-region as a freshman in XC
• Three-time all-state in XC
• Three-time all-state in track and all-region as a freshman
• Member of 4x800m school record team and top ten in the mile
• Earned Most Improved award as a freshman
