Biography

2018: Played and started in all 17 matches in his final season for the Apps ... second among position players with 1,509 minutes played and third overall ... tallied one assist to Zeiko Harris in the 3-0 win at George Mason (9/29) 
attempted five shots with three coming on goal ... played a pivotal role in the Apps allowing just 15 goals, which was first in the Sun Belt, while posting seven shutouts, also a league high ... after helping his team post its first winning season 
since 2012 and ending the season with a third-place finish, the highest standing in the conference since joining in 2014, he was name first-team all-Sun Belt ... ended his career with a consecutive start streak of 46 matches, one goal, two
assists and 19 shot attempts with 10 shots on goal and a .526 shot on goal percentage. 

2017: Started in all 18 games he appeared in…logged 1491 minutes, including a season-high 110 minutes against Georgia State (Oct. 21)…finished with 12 shots, putting six on target, which was tied for second on the team ... scored the opening goal from 20 yards out in a 3-2 victory over VCU (Aug. 27)…recorded three shots in a 1-0 win over Longwood (Sept. 16).

2016: Had impressive first year after transferring in … started the first 11 matches of the season … a mainstay defender in the backline, making the defense a formidable obstacle for opponents … helped Appalachian to two shutouts and a 3-0-2 unbeaten streak … suffered a season-ending injury but is expected to return at 100 percent in 2017.

Creighton: Kollmanthaler appeared in seven games as a defender for Creighton in 2015.

High School: A defender from Frankfurt Germany, Kollmanthaler attended Julius-Echter-Gymnasium ... played club soccer for SV Darmstadt 98 (U10-U14) and most recently for Kickers Offenbach (U15 – U19). While with Kickers Offenbach, he won five titles during his time at the club. Kollmanthaler was a State Selection Player of Hessen in each of his seasons with Kickers Offenbach.

Personal: The son of Ute and Anton Kollmannthaler ... He was born on March 28, 1996 and has one sister, Meike ... Has not yet declared a major.
