2015-16

Indoor:
•Ran a time of 25.48 in the 200m and 58.02 in the 400m at the Sun Belt Conference Championships and ran a leg on the 4x400
• Led the 4x300-meter relay to victory at the Mountaineer Indoor Open Track Meet
• Recorded her highest individual finish in the 400m at the Appalachian Open Indoor Track Meet with a time of 58.94 to place fourth
• Earned four top-10 finishes

Outdoor:

• Ran the 400m in 56.32 and ran the 200m in 25.21 at the Sun Belt Conference Championships
• Also ran a leg on the 4x400 and 4x400-meter relay at the conference championships
• Won the 400m with a seasonal-best time of 56.09 at the Mountaineer Open Track Meet and placed fifth in the 200m (25.23)
• Earned 11 top-10 finishes

2014-15

Indoor:

• Set her new PR for the 200m dash with a time of 25.26 at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships (14th place)
• Earned a new PR in the 400m dash when she was clocked at 1:01.67 at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge Cup (33rd place)
• Was a part of the winning 4x3 team at the Mountaineer Open Indoor with a time of 2:51.53
• Finished seventh twice including the Samford Multi and Invitational 4x4 (3:56.03) and the Sun Belt Indoor Championships' 4x4 (3:56.77)
• Final top-10 finish of the indoor season was ninth in the 4x4 at the ETSU Invite with a time of 3:59.50

Outdoor:

• Placed second twice including the High Point VertKlasse 4x4 (3:58.57) and the Charlotte Invite's 4x1 (46.95)
• Next-best placing was fourth in the High Point VertKlasse 4x1 with a time of 47.58
• Final three top-10 placings were seventh at the Wake Forest Open 4x1 (48.12), seventh at that meet's 200m dash (25.04) and eighth at the High Point VertKlasse 400m dash (58.56)

2013-14

Indoor:

• Finished fifth at the Appalachian Indoor Invite in the 55m dash with a PR of 7.35
• Finished first in the 200m dash at the Appalachian Indoor Invite with a time of 25.37

Outdoor:

• Finished 13th at the SoCon Outdoor Championships with a PR in the 100m dash of 12.47
• Ran a personal-best in the 200m dash in a preliminary at the SoCon Outdoor Championships with a time of 24.70
• PR’d in the 400m dash at the Georgia Invitational and placed first with a time of 56.05. 

High School

• Earned all-region and all-state honors all four years at Forestview High School
• Also earned the MVP award all four years of high school
• Named all-conference in 2010 and 2011
• Named Gaston County MVP in 2011 and 2013
• Placed second at the state championships in the 4x1 event in 2013
