Indoor:
• Set a new PR in the shot put with a distance 49-11.00 at the Hokie Invitational (second place)
• That mark is good for second in school history
• Her new personal best in the weight throw was 61-0.25 and was good for fourth place at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships
• That toss ranks first in the program's record book
• Won the shot put three times including the Appalachian Indoor (48-0), the Wake Forest Invitational (46-11.75) and the Mountaineer Open Indoor (47-5.25)
• Won the weight throw once during the indoor season and that came at the Mountaineer Open Indoor with a distance of 58-5.25
• Also placed second for the shot put at the ETSU Invite with a distance of 47-5.75
• In total, garnered 13 top-five finishes and finished among the top 10 in every single one of her indoor events
Outdoor:
• Took first place in the shot put three more times including the Wingate Invite (47-4.25), the Charlotte Invitational (47-5.75) and the App State Open Outdoor (49-2.50)
• Set a new PR for that event of 51-3.75 and that came at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships (fifth place)
• That toss ranks second in school history
• Her new hammer throw PR of 177-5.00 was good for third place at the same meet
• That mark is good for third in the program's record book
• Finished the season with nine out of 12 events in the top five and 10 in the top 10
• Named USTFCCCA All-Academic
• All-conference performer
• Participated in the NCAA Preliminaries for the shot put and placed 42nd with a heave of 45-9.00
2013-14
Indoor:
• Won the shot put four times: Appalachian Invitational Indoor (47-9.25), Liberty Quad (47-5.25), Appalachian Pre-Conference Indoor Open (46-5.50), and the SoCon Championships (48-7.5)
• Took first place in the weight throw twice: Appalachian Invitational Indoor (56-9.50) and the Appalachian Pre-Conference Indoor Open (58-1.00)
• Placed in the top five for all 15 of her placings for the indoor season
Outdoor:
• Won the shot put three more times: Carolina Cup (44-0.75), SoCon Championships (47-11.25) and the Georgia Invitational (50-0.5)
• Finished in the top five for seven out of her 10 placings
2012-13
Indoor:
• Placed second in the shot put at the Mountaineer Open
• Posted second-place finishes in the weight throw and shot put at the Appalachian Open
• Finished sixth at the SoCon Indoor Championships in the shot put event, posting a distance of 13.17m
Outdoor:
• Placed third at the SoCon Outdoor Championships in the shot put with a throw of 13.60m
• Finished second at the Aggie Last Chance in the shot put, with a personal best throw of 13.69m
High School
• Named MVP of the track team all four years of high school
• Received the Top Female Field Athlete of the Year award in her senior season
• Clinched the state championship in the shot put in 2012
• Was a member of National Honor Society and was a Service Learning Diploma Recipient
• Was a scholar athlete all four years of high school, as well as received the IB Diploma
