2009-10: Cross Country
• Competed in three races for the Mountaineers.
• Finished 25th in both the Covered Bridge Open and Mountaineer Open.
• Posted a season-best time of 19:38.5 at the Covered Bridge.

2008-09: Cross Country:
• Turned in a solid sophomore campaign, posting times in five meets including the SoCon Championship
• Best finish came at season-opening Covered Bridge Open (22nd)
• Posted a season-best time of 19:30 at the Winthrop Invitational

Track and Field
• Placed sixth in the 5000m run at the Tiger Paw Invitational at Clemson (Indoor)
• Competed in the 5000m and 10,000 runs during outdoor season
• Ran a career-best time in 10,000m at the Wake Forest Invitational (40:11:86)

2007-08: Cross Country
• Competed at the SoCon Championship

Track and Field
• Competed in both the 3000 and 5000m runs during indoor season
• Ran both the 5000m run and 10,000m run at SoCon Outdoor Championships
