2019-20
Singles - Fall: Had a bounce-back season in singles, posting a 13-11 mark to lead the team in singles victories ... seven wins came in the fall ... earned a spot in his flight's championship at the River City Tennis Open, tallying three straight wins to advance to the finals ... also tallied three straight wins between the College of Charleston Invite and Furman Duals ... Spring: Led the team with six spring wins ... five of his wins came at the No. 2 spot ... his best stretch was a 4-1 mark over five contests ... highlight of the spring came when he defeated Charlotte's (3/6) Henry Lieberman as the No. 1 in the lineup in three sets to clinch a win over then-No. 66 Charlotte.
Doubles - Fall: Tied for the team lead with nine overall doubles victories ... six of his wins came during the fall ... five of his doubles wins came with Alex Pavkovich ... went 3-1 between the ITA Regionals (10/18) and the Furman Duals (10/25), picking up a win with Pavkovich over Williamson, Connor/Vannemreddy, A. of Winthrop ... Spring: won a doubles match over Ignasi de Rueda/C. Christoforou, 6-1 in a thrilling 4-3 win over then-No. 66 Charlotte (3/6).
2018-19
Singles -Spring: Led the team during spring play with seven victories ... had a season-long three-match win streak against Hampton (3/5), Saint John's (3/6) and Valpo (3/7) ... all seven of his victories came in the No. 1 spot ... also tallied a win over Davidson's (4/14) Axel Fries in a 7-6 (7-5), 7-4 triumph.
Doubles - Spring: Finished tied for second with seven wins with four of his victories coming with Alex Pavkovich ... captured three consecutive victories against Stetson (3/3), Hampton (3/5) and Saint John's (3/6) ... later won a match against Davidson (4/14) with Zion Heaven over Matthew Rose / Yash Parikh
2017-18
Singles – Fall: Notched two wins in the fall, including a win over in-state foe Campbell at the 2017 ITA Regionals ... Spring: Started off the season strong at 3-2, where his three-match win streak in straight sets from Jan. 28 to Feb. 2 was the longest of the season ... his nine victories were tied for third on the team with eight of his wins coming at the No. 2 and 3 positions … finished the season 1-0 in the No.1 spot and 4-3 in the No. 3 spot…played a pivotal role in App’s upset win over No. 2 seed Louisiana in the Sun Belt Tournament, winning his match in three sets.
Doubles – Fall: Kicked off the doubles season on a high note, defeating UNC Wilmington's Daniel Groom and Michael Copeland in a 6-3 victory…partnered with Alex Pavkovich in all three matches…Spring: tied for first on the squad with 15 doubles victories alongside senior partner Scott Webster, which led to a All-Sun Belt First Team selection for a second straight season … him and Webster closed the season on a 10-2 surge in his last 12 matches highlighted by a pair of five-match win streaks ... notched a 6-2 victory over the No.1 pairing from Louisiana in a team upset over the second-seeded Ragin’ Cajuns in the Sun Belt Tournament…Played all 21 of his doubles matches in the No. 1 spot ... helped the Black and Gold achieve a winning season for a third straight campaign.
2016-17
Singles – Fall: Notched a three-win fall in his first slate at App State, including a pair of wins against Florida Atlantic … Spring: Made a splash in his debut campaign where he was one of four Mountaineers to finish the season with double-digit wins …. His 12 victories are the most for a freshman since 2014 (Scott Webster – 18) … won a team-high eight-straight matches from 2/25-4/1 … 11 of his wins came in the No. 4 spot while ending the season 6-3 in his last nine matches.
Doubles – Fall: Had a solid fall with five wins with Trey Morris and Alex Brea … advanced to the Round of 32 at the 2016 ITA Carolina Men’s Regional Championships that featured a win over Clemson’s Robert Dudley and Sam Edwards … made it to the semifinal round at the 49ers Fall Invitational with Morris, capturing wins against UNC Asheville and Davidson … Spring: Led the Mountaineers with 13 overall doubles wins along with four different partners … he and Webster posted a team-best 9-3 mark en route to a First-Team All-Sun Belt doubles selection … won his first four doubles matches in the spring … went on a 7-2 stretch with Webster including a four-match win streak and a three-match win streak that was highlighted by a win over Georgia Southern (4/2).
Prior to App State: Played at The Bromley Tennis Academy before attending Appalachian State ... played for the tennis academy in the Premier Aegon Team League in all age groups ... in 2014, he was national runner-up for the 16-U squad ... played in every age group from the 10-U team to the 18-U squad ... was the top national junior ranking 21st .. in 2013-14, he was an LTA matrix performance player, and in 2015-16, he played in the men's NCL League for The Park Langley Club. Played in the Kent County tennis team in all age groups.
High School: At the Bullerswood school and The Ravensbourne School. Bargeron was doubles runner-up in 2011 in the Kent School Championship .. the following year he got over the hump and earned the Kent School Championship for the Ravensbourne School ... two years later in 2014, the newcomer was selected by the LTA for the Youth Trust National Camp for Athletes ... in his final season at Bullerswood, Bargeron received the decorate honor county colors for tennis in 2015.
Personal: Son of David and Sarah Bargeron ... has two sisters, Martha and Sadie ... will major in marketing at App State ... hopes to compete and continue a career in tennis following graduation.
