BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- App State women's track & field will compete at the Sun Belt Championships on Monday and Tuesday in Birmingham, Ala. Women's field events begin on Friday at 1:30 p.m. EST with running prelims starting at 5:35 p.m. EST. Tuesday's women's field events begin at 2:30 p.m. EST, followed by running events at 3 p.m. EST. Both days will be streamed on ESPN+ beginning at 5:30 p.m. EST on Monday and 3 p.m. EST on Tuesday.
LAST SEASON'S CHAMPIONSHIPS
Last season, App State finished sixth of 12 teams at the conference meet with 49 points. The Mountaineers return 10 athletes that scored points across nine events in last season's championships:
