Hall of Fame coach Jerry Moore holds the program head coaching wins record thanks to his 215-87 record in 24 seasons as the Mountaineers' head coach. App State held ULM to 222 total yards of offense, the lowest yardage total by a Mountaineer opponent since Texas State's 208 on Nov. 23 last year.

The Mountaineers intercepted three ULM passes. Entering the weekend, App State's 92 interceptions since the start of the 2015 season ranked No. 1 at the FBS level, ahead of Alabama and San Diego State at 91 apiece.

Ryan Huff recorded the first two-interception day of his career, nabbing his second and third career picks, all of which have been this season.

Brendan Harrington hauled in his second interception of the year with an impressive diving catch after the ball ricocheted off multiple players.

Shemar Jean-Charles, who entered the weekend as the nation's leader with nine pass breakups, recorded three more in the road victory.

OFFENSE

With 328 rushing yards, App State has eclipsed 300 in each of its four wins this season. The Mountaineers entered the weekend ranked No. 7 nationally in rushing (278.3 ypg).

Senior QB
Zac Thomas led all players with a career-high 109 rushing yards, eclipsing his previous career high of 82 from last week's win against Arkansas State when he was a co-Sun Belt Offensive Player of the Week. He completed 13 of 18 passes for 152 yards with two TDs and one INT.

App State has now had five different players rush for 100 yards in a game this year. Entering the weekend, only App State, Army, Liberty and North Texas had gotten a 100-yard rushing game from four different players.

Marcus Williams Jr. rushed for 103 yards on 13 carries with a TD, eclipsing the century mark for the second time this year. Sophomore RB
Camerun Peoples added 52 yards and a TD on nine attempts, while junior RB
Daetrich Harrington had 11 carries for 44 yards.

Christian Wells caught a 37-yard touchdown, giving him three touchdown catches in the last two games.

Malik Williams, who led the team with six catches for 60 yards, hauled in his second touchdown pass of the year and ninth of his career.

Chandler Staton was 1 of 2 on field goals, making a 38-yarder and just missing a 43-yarder.

Xavier Subotsch was only called on to punt one time, and it was a beauty that traveled 44 yards until it was downed at the 1-yard line by
Steven Jones.
