AviatorBar in downtown Montgomery (166 Commerce Street) will serve as the headquarters/gathering spot for Appalachian State fans outside of the game and other official events.
Appalachian State gatherings at AviatorBar are set for the following times:

Mountaineer Talk
A special Camellia Bowl edition of Mountaineer Talk will air on Friday, Dec. 16 from 6-7 p.m. CT in the lobby of the Embassy Suites at 300 Tallapoosa Street. Adam Witten will be on hand live with full pregame analysis and a slew of special guests. Fans in Montgomery are encouraged to attend and be a part of the show.
For fans not in Montgomery, Mountaineer Talk will air live on Appalachian IMG Sports Network affiliates across North Carolina (7-8 p.m. ET) and online at appstatesports.com.
Official Appalachian State Pregame Tailgate Party
The Appalachian Alumni Association's official pregame tailgate party will be held at Paterson Field (1215 Madison Avenue - adjacent to the Cramton Bowl) beginning at noon on Saturday, Dec. 17.
Admission costs $40 for ages 21 and up, $30 for ages 6-17 and is free for ages 5 and under. The price of admission includes lunch and non-alcoholic beverages for all attendees and open bar for ages 21 and up.

Montgomery Advertiser Street Fest and Pep Rally
The Montgomery Advertiser Street Fest and Pep Rally begins at 4 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 16 at the Union Station Train Shed (300 Water Street) and will coincide with Montgomery's annual Christmas Parade.
In addition to the parade, activities include live entertainment, interactive games for kids and a pep rally for each team.
4 p.m.: Street Fest begins
5 p.m.: Toledo pep rally
5:30 p.m.: Appalachian State pep rally
6:15 p.m.: Montgomery Christmas Parade (starting at State Capitol on Dexter Avenue and concluding at Commerce Street)
Fan Fest
Fan Fest begins on Saturday, Dec. 17 at noon at Paterson Field (1215 Madison Avenue, adjacent to the Cramton Bowl) and features a number of activities for fans of all ages, including live entertainment, a massive HD screen for viewing other bowl games, interactive games for kids and much more.
Additionally, Fan Fest will include one final pregame pep rally for Appalachian State fans from 1:30-2 p.m.

• Madison Avenue will be closed on Saturday, December 17, until Sunday morning – it will be PEDESTRIAN ONLY between Jackson Street and Hall Street
• Limited public parking will be available at the stadium. Pre-paid parking passes are required for the parking lots at the Multiplex, Paterson Field and behind the press box at Cramton Bowl (Lots A, B, G, K - see map)
• FREE parking will be available at the following locations. Shuttles will run continuously from these points to the stadium until 1.5 hours after the game ends:
• Biscuits parking lots (Columbus Street)
• RSA Union Deck (Madison Avenue)
• RSA Tower Deck (Monroe Street)
• RSA Capitol Deck (Madison Avenue)
• City of Montgomery Coosa Street Deck
• City of Montgomery Municipal Deck (City Hall – Madison Avenue)
• City of Montgomery Washington Street Deck
• Shuttles will pick up on Tallapoosa Street and in front of City Hall for fans staying in downtown hotels
• Pop-up tent/tailgating is permitted ONLY in Lot E. Spaces are $20.00, and can be reserved by contacting EATSouth at: bethanne@eatsouth.org
• ACCESSIBLE PARKING is available in lots A, B, F, J, and K (see map)
• RV/MOTOR HOMES/TAILGATERS: Motor home parking is available at Cramton Bowl beginning on Friday, Dec. 16 at noon. All motor homes will enter Lot C at the corner of Monroe Street and Hilliard Street, or, Pelham Street and Hilliard Street. RV parking is priced at $50 for electric hook-ups/$40 without power.
