BOONE, N.C. – Appalachian State University women's tennis wraps up a stretch of 10-straight matches away from Boone when it squares off with three in-state rivals this week.
The Mountaineers (6-10) will face Charlotte on Thursday before heading to UNCG on Saturday and wrapping up the weekend at Western Carolina on Sunday.
The 49ers (6-8) head into Thursday's contest after picking up a 5-2 win at USC Upstate on Monday while the Spartans (5-7) will face ETSU on Friday before welcoming Appalachian on Saturday. The Catamounts (3-8) will take on Davidson on Saturday before their Sunday showdown with App State.
Appalachian State topped both Charlotte and Western Carolina a year ago, but suffered a home loss to UNCG.
The Mountaineers will return home on April 1 against King College in their final home contest of the season.
