Agents and Financial Planners
In order to speak with any Appalachian State University student-athlete, all agents and/or financial planners are required to register with the Appalachian State athletics compliance office and the state of North Carolina. To do so, agents and/or financial planners must complete the following forms and submit registration packet to:

Note: Financial advisors are no longer required to register as athlete agents under the Uniform Athlete Agents Act (Article 9 of Chapter 78C of the N.C. General Statutes).
