Q: Football Season ticket sales?
A: 2016 Football Season ticket renewals are on-line in early January under your YOSEF account. Season ticket holders, from the previous season, will receive a renewal in the mail early February and have the right of first refusal to their seats as long as they meet the minimum Yosef donation level for the seat location. The renewal deadline for 2016 Football Season tickets is April 30th.
Q: Single game ticket sales?
2016 single game football tickets become available to the public Tuesday, Aug. 2nd. Season ticket holders and Yosef Club members will have opportunity to purchase from July 25-29 to reserve any single game tickets requests (start date notification will be on our web page and by email). You may buy online, visit or call our Athletic Ticket office.
Q: Who requires a ticket?
Ages 3 and older need a ticket for entry into Kidd Brewer Stadium. Ages 3-12 qualify for a youth ticket price. Ages 13 and older require an Adult priced ticket.
Q: When are tickets sent out?
Season tickets are shipped via UPS in August. Any single or away game tickets, which are available at that time, will be mailed with the season packet. If unavailable at that time, the Ticket office will mail USPS when tickets are available.
Q: Do I need to be a Yosef Club Member to purchase season tickets?
YOSEF membership is required for all sections excluding Sections 208, 209, 217 and 218 on the East side of stadium. A Kidd Brewer Stadium Layout map can be viewed on our website. Click Here for additional information on the Yosef Club and the benefits to you and the student athlete.
Q: Where is the handicapped seating?
We have handicapped seating and wheelchair accessible spaces available on both the West and East sides of Kidd Brewer Stadium. These seats are designated as HC online in the section seating charts. On the West side of the stadium, these seats are located on the concourse level in front of the reserved sections and behind the ASU student seating areas. These seats have been ADA approved and provide an unblocked view of the field. On the East side of the stadium, the handicapped seats are located on the Upper East deck in front of the reserved seats providing a great unobstructed view of the field. Access is from ADA approved ramps on either end of the Upper East side seating area.
Q: Currently enrolled Appalachian State Student tickets:
As an App State student, your ticket to the football game is pre-loaded onto your AppCard ID card. You have one entry for each game. You must have your ID with you and enter at the designated student gates. Distance learning students are not eligible for complimentary admission.
Q: Student Guest tickets:
As an App State currently, enrolled student, you may purchase up to two additional guest tickets for each football game (with the exception of Miami on Sept. 17). These tickets do not go on sale until the Sunday prior to the game online at appstatesports.com/tickets.
Q: I purchased my tickets online but don't know how to print my tickets. How do access my account to print them?
The "Print At Home" delivery method is the default for online purchases for Home events. (You cannot print tickets for an away game) As long you didn't change this to US Mail or Will Call, you will be able to print them.
Follow these instructions to print your tickets. Log in to your account. You may use this LINK to get to the login page. Enter your login and password in the appropriate boxes. Once you are logged in to your account that you purchased the event tickets under, locate the tab that reads "ASU Athletic Tickets". This tab has a drop down menu. Select "My Purchase History" from this drop down menu. All of the tickets you have purchased for the season should be listed here. Locate the event tickets you would like to print. Scroll to and select the magnifying glass next to the invoice number (starts with 21500-). There should be a link to print your tickets that reads: "PRINT YOUR TICKETS BY CLICKING HERE". If you have trouble, contact the Athletic Ticket Office at 828-262-2079.

Q: When do the gates open?
Gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
Q: What does Miller Hill Grass mean?
In the south endzone, there is a gently sloping hill that provides a unique vantage point of the field. There are no actual seats and it is a general admission, first-come, first-served seating. Outside chairs are not allowed to be brought into Kidd Brewer Stadium for seating, but a blanket or towel is permissible.
Q: Are NCHSAA coaches passes honored?
For the 2016 football season, we will honor the coaches passes (two tickets max) for all games, excluding Miami (Fla.) and our homecoming game, based on availability.
Q: May I bring a cushion or stadium seat in?
Cushions and stadium seats that temporarily attach to the aluminum bleachers are allowed. All reserved sections (with the exception of 108, 109, 113, 217, and 218) have a back to the seat. Any item brought to the gate is subject to search.
Q: Where is handicapped parking?
With an appropriate Handicapped parking hang tag in your car, you may access the lot behind the Holmes Convocation Center. A shuttle provides transportation to and from the Shelco East Gate only! There is not a West Side drop off or pick up. The shuttle runs throughout the game and after the game, returning to the lot behind the Holmes Convocation Center.
Q: If I'm not a Yosef Club member with Season Tickets, where do I park?
Parking is limited on game day. Most spaces on campus are numbered and reserved for Yosef Club members with football season tickets. Other areas are gated and/or guarded and require a special access pass. The easiest way around town is through the Appalcart bus system. It is not a dedicated game day shuttle but most routes run by campus and have convenient drop off points. Many of the hotels in town have pick up and drop off points nearby. Q: May I bring in any food or beverage?
No outside food or beverage is allowed into Kidd Brewer Stadium. Concessions are available on both the West and East sides of the stadium. We are aware that occasionally our vendors will distribute food and drink outside the stadium. Those items need to be consumed or stored in your vehicle prior to entering the gates. Alcoholic beverages of any kind are not allowed and any alcoholic beverage found may be confiscated and entry into the stadium may be denied. If a person is found to have an alcoholic beverage inside the gates, the beverage will be confiscated and the person may be removed from the stadium.
Q: What are the things that I cannot bring with me?
Firearms, weapons, or explosives of any kind are prohibited. Artificial noisemakers, umbrellas, outside food or beverage, coolers or ice chests are prohibited. Drinking intoxicants, smoking and/or abusive behavior are prohibited and will result in removal without refund. Appalachian State University Athletics reserves the right to limit large bags or similar items. Ticket holder consents to reasonable search of all items being brought into facility.
Q: Are tickets available on game day?
Any available reserved seats or Miller Hill grass tickets will be available at the Athletic Ticket Plaza beginning 3 hours prior to kickoff.
Q: Will Call Locations?
The will call windows distribute tickets designated for game day pick up. If you purchased tickets through the athletic ticket office and need to pick up your tickets on the day of the game, your tickets will be located at one designated Will Call windows at the Athletic Ticket Plaza. A Photo ID is required for pick up. The Athletic Ticket Plaza is located at the corner of Jack Branch Drive between the East gate and Owens Field House of the stadium.
If you are the parent or guest of an App State football player and are on the list for a game day ticket, you will pick up your ticket at the Player Will Call booth located at the West gate. A Photo ID is required and only the person listed may pick up the ticket. You must immediately enter the stadium after receiving the ticket. This window open 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
If you purchased your ticket from the visiting team ticket office or are the parent/guest of a player on the visiting team, you will pick up your ticket(s) at the East gate beginning 90 minutes prior to game. Please understand that typically a representative from your University staffs this table. Depending on their transportation, they may arrive at the stadium after we have opened the gates.
Q: Recruit information:
Sign in for football recruits and family is located at the upstairs level of Owens Field House (located beside the West gate of stadium) beginning 3 ½ hours prior to kickoff. If you arrive after kickoff, you may sign in at the Ticket Plaza located at the corner of Jack Branch Drive between the East gate and Owens Field House.
Q: I lost something at the game. Where is the lost and found?
If you realize you lost something inside the stadium and you are still at the stadium, items are typically turned in at the Customer Service booth a few yards up the hill inside the West gate. After the stadium is closed, any items turned in are taken to Appalachian State Police. Call (828) 262-2150 to check if your item was turned in.

For men's basketball games and doubleheaders, we open the Northwest and Southwest Box Office locations one hour prior to tip-off. For women's basketball games, we only open the Southwest Box Office location. We begin selling one hour prior to tip-off.

Q: Where can I park?
Yosef Club members who are also Season Ticket Holders may park in the Holmes Convocation Center lot with a special parking pass. Single game ticket buyers may park in the Rivers Street parking deck, just a short walk away from the HCC. Parking is also available in the Hill Street lot above the HCC. Men's basketball and Doubleheaders: $15/adult and $10 for Youth (ages 3-12).
Women's stand alone, games: $10 for adults and $5 for Youth (3-12).

App State students sit in Sections 2-4.
Women's games: All Seating is General Admission.
