ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Senior Austin Trotman made Appalachian State history on Friday at the Scottrade Center, becoming the program's first all-American since 2003 and seventh overall. On Friday night, Trotman will compete for a place in Saturday's championship bout.
With his win over No. 1 Joe LeBlanc, Trotman remains the only wrestler to upset a top seed in this year's tournament.
