BOONE, N.C.- A record number of 225 student-athletes earned fall academic honor roll recognition for the 2010 semester announced Kim Sherrill, the director of Academic Services for student-athletes.
The 225 student-athletes had to post a 3.25 GPA for the fall semester or higher.
In addition to student-athletes, those students that work in a direct capacity with athletic teams, such as student-athletic trainers, managers, etc. were counted as a apart of the list as well.
The entire group will be rewarded and honored for their impressive academic achievements, at the halftime of the men's basketball game against Western Carolina on Thursday, February 17.
