Q: How much are tickets to the playoffs?
A: Tickets for 2011 Appalachian home football playoff games
are $25 for adults and $15 for Youth (ages 3-12).
Q: I was not a full season ticket holder for 2011 football,
how do I order tickets for the playoff games.
A: Reserved seats for a home playoff game will be available
shortly after we know we are playing at home for a particular round. Typically those are available Sunday evening
but may be sooner. They are available
online at GoASU.com. You may also
contact the athletic ticket office at 828-262-2079, Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Season ticket holders have until 4 pm Tuesday
prior to the game to purchase their tickets.
Q: What if we aren't playing at home for a playoff game, how
do I get tickets?
A: We will effort as many tickets as we can from the host
institution and begin taking orders on Monday prior to the game. We will not offer those online. Instead you may order through the Atheltic Ticket Office by
calling 828-262-2079. Tickets may be
picked up at the athletic ticket office (located at the Holmes Center) through Thursday prior to the game or via the visiting
will call at the host institution. We may set up alternate pick up at the team
hotel prior to the game depending on the demand. Prices are set by the host institution and
may differ from what we charge.
Q: I am a 2011 full season ticket holder for football; can I
order the same seats that I had for the regular season?
A: Yes. All 2011 full season ticket holder should
receive a playoff renewal letter with instructions on how to reserve their
seats online or by mail. Please follow
the instructions closely to take care of your tickets online and print them to
avoid the Will Call line on game day.
Q: I had a half season ticket package for the 2011 football
season; can I get my same seats for the
playoffs?
A: Not necessarily. Half season package seats are shared with people that have the opposite
package. Half season package holders
will not receive a playoff renewal but may go online to reserve seats for
playoff games once they become available.
Q: I am a full season
ticket holder but don't know my password. I have never used the online system before but I want to avoid the will call line on game day
and print my tickets out. What do I do?
A: Go to GoASU.com. Under "Tickets" select "Access my JumpTV Account" on the right side of
the pulldown menu. On the next page,
under the box you would put a password in select "Do I have an account?" Your login is typically your email address
unless you change it. The email address
on file can be found on the renewal letter we sent to you. Your password will be sent to the email on
file in your account.
Q: I'm a 2011 full season ticket holder and I see that I
have "Pending Orders" in my account. What does FB11P1 (...FB11P2, FB11P3, FB11P4) mean?
A: That's a code that we use when we set up the event. It simply means, "2011 Football Playoff Game
#1 (...#2, #3, #4..etc.). Make sure to pay
attention to the wording that follows that code. FB11P1 corresponds with the First Round
Playoff game to be played Saturday, Nov. 26. Likewise, FB11P2 corresponds with the second
round playoff game scheduled for Dec. 3, FB11P3 corresponds with the quarterfinal to be played either Dec. 9 or 10 and FB11P4
corresponds with the semifinal game to
be played Dec. 16 or 17.
Q: Why am I only seeing my tickets for a particular round?
A: It's to eliminate as much confusion as possible. In an effort to make sure you are printing
the correct tickets for the event, we limit it to the event or events that are
most likely. With the FCS playoffs
beginning the week following the end of the regular season, there are many
unanswered questions when we begin planning the season ticket playoff
renewal. Once these questions are
answered such as opponent, game time, did we receive a bye, etc., we will offer only
the correct option.
Q: What if I take care of my tickets for a round but we
don't play at home? Did my credit card
get charged?
A: If you go through
the process for playoff tickets for a particular round and we do not advance to
that round or we play at an away venue, you will not be charged. We only charge your credit card if we advance
to that round AND play at home.
Q: I don't need all
of my tickets for a particular playoff game. Can I pick only the seats I want?
A: That option is not available online. If you contact the athletic ticket office at
828-262-2079, we can remove the tickets you do not want and allow you to
purchase those and print them out on your account. Please understand that if you have four seats,
but only want to purchase two for a playoff game, the two seats you are releasing
to us must be conjoining.
Q: If I can't make one of the earlier rounds but want to
attend the quarterfinal or semifinal round should we make it that far, will my
tickets still be available?
A: Yes. We release
tickets after 4 p.m. Tuesday for only the upcoming game. If you can't make one of the earlier rounds,
your seats will still be available for the later rounds until 4 p.m. Tuesday
prior to that game.
Q: How long do have before my tickets are released?
A: We will release tickets after 4 p.m. Tuesday prior to that
particular game.
Q: I didn't print my tickets after I purchased them and now
I can't find them to print them - Help?
A: If you purchased tickets and they either failed to print
or you waited until later to print them, follow these easy steps. Go to GoASU.com. On the main page, scroll over "Tickets"
(between schedules and Yosef Club), select "Access my JumpTV Account". On the next page, login using your and password. On your profile page, scroll over "ASU
Athletic Tickets" and select "My Purchase History". Find the event you wish to print the tickets
for and click on the magnifying glass on the left side. You should see the option to print your
tickets.
Q: I've read all of these and I still have a question. Who do I call?
A: Contact the ASU athletic ticket office at 828-262-2079. Please understand during the playoffs we can be very busy and it may
take a while for us to answer your call. We appreciate your patience and look forward to seeing you at Kidd
Brewer Stadium for the playoffs.
