BOONE, N.C. — For the third-straight year, Appalachian State University football will present its newest class of recruits to supporters by hosting a National Signing Day reception. This year's National Signing Day reception will be held on Thursday, Feb. 3 at the Appalachian Athletics Center.

Head coach Jerry Moore and his staff highlight the event by sharing their thoughts on each member of the 2011 recruiting class as part of a multimedia presentation in the Mountaineer Room, the Apps' primary meeting space on the second floor of the Appalachian Athletics Center. The reception begins at 5:30 p.m. with a social hour, giving attendees the opportunity to mingle with ASU coaches, administrators and former Mountaineer student-athletes before the program begins at 6:45 p.m.

Cost for what has become one of the most popular events on the ASU athletics social calendar is just $25 per person, which includes two drink tickets and heavy hors d'oeuvres.
