College Football Live featured North Carolina in its summer-long “50 State Tour” segment on Wednesday and prominently mentioned Appalachian State University's contributions to the state's gridiron legacy.
Voiced by legendary announcer Brent Musburger, the segment praised Appalachian for its “FCS dominance” while recapping ASU's historic win over Michigan in 2007 and its three-straight NCAA Division I FCS national championships from 2005-07.
