Her 64 walks lead the nation and she ranks third in on base percentage, seventh in slugging and is tied for eighth in home runs. The 64 walks is also the 10th best in NCAA division I history and her 23 intentional walks is tied for the fourth most ever.

Boyd finished the season with a .386 batting average and led the SoCon with 46 runs scored, 45 RBI and 116 total bases and finished sixth with 15 stolen bases. She was also solid defensively finishing second on the team with 111 assists.

The all-region honor is the first of career, though she has earned all-conference honors in each of her first two seasons.
