Boone, N.C.- The Appalachian State men's soccer team travels to Radford University Saturday to take on Radford in a non-conference match beginning at 1 p.m. The Mountaineers, ranked seventh in the region, are coming off a hard fought 1-0 loss at No. 1 Wake Forest Wednesday night.

Radford is 4-4-1 on the season and coming off a 1-0 loss to Gardner-Webb.

Appalachian will host College of Charleston on Wednesday Oct. 1 in the conference opener after opening the year on the road for seven of their first eight games.
