BOONE, N.C. – Due to impending weather, App State Baseball has adjusted its weekend schedule. The Mountaineers will now play their home opener at Smith Stadium on Friday at 2 p.m.
A complete weekend schedule is listed below:
- Friday, Feb. 20 – 2 p.m. vs North Carolina A&T (Smith Stadium – Boone, N.C.)
- Saturday, Feb. 21 – 1 p.m. vs North Carolina A&T (LP Frans Stadium - Hickory, N.C.)
- Sunday, Feb. 22 – 1 p.m. vs Southern Illinois (LP Frans Stadium - Hickory, N.C.)
Fans who purchased tickets to the originally scheduled contest in Boone on Sunday may use those tickets for admittance into Friday's game. Sunday ticket holders who are not able to make it on Friday may exchange their ticket for any remaining non-premium home game.
Single-game and season tickets remain on sale for the 2026 season. Season ticket purchasers will receive complimentary admission to games in Hickory as part of their season ticket package.
