MONROE, La. — App State Soccer suffered a tough road loss against Sun Belt foe ULM, falling 3-2.
Reagan Sturgill put the Mountaineers (5-6-3, 1-3-3 Sun Belt) on the board early, scoring an unassisted goal in the fourth minute, her first goal of the season.
ULM (9-2-3, 4-0-3 Sun Belt) responded to tie the match at 1-1 in the 32nd minute and took the lead, 2-1, in the 59th minute.
Olivia Simon then tied the game at 2-2 with an unassisted goal in the 82nd minute, her third goal of the season. ULM scored the match winner in the 84th minute to secure the victory.

Hanna Skogsfors finished with six saves on the night for App State. The Mountaineers were outshot by the Warhawks, 19-6.
