ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Due to forecasted inclement weather Tuesday afternoon in Asheville, the midweek contest between the Mountaineers and Bulldogs has been postponed.
A makeup date has yet to be determined.
The Mountaineers will return to Sun Belt play on Thursday, when they open a three-game series against the Marshall Thundering Herd. First pitch is set for 6 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, and 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Following Saturday's contest, fans are invited to bring their own basket and participate in a postgame Easter egg hunt on the field. Tickets for all three games are still available and are just $10 when
purchased online at least a day before the game.
