2023: Played 15 games, earning nine starts in her first collegiate season...One of the top freshmen in the Sun Belt Conference, Bowman finished the campaign with four goals and three assists, all coming against Sun Belt opponents...Bowman’s 11 points rank sixth against Sun Belt opponents, while her four goals and three assists rank fifth and eighth respectively against Sun Belt foes...Bowman had a knack for the dramatic, scoring a game-tying goal against JMU with just over a minute to play in regulation on Sept. 24, following a game-tying goal with seven minutes to play at Coastal the match prior on Sept. 20...She also scored the lone goal in the season-finale at Georgia State to help the Mountaineers secure a first-round bye and their best conference finish in program history...Finished the campaign with 33 shots and 16 shots on target.

Prior to App State: The MVP of the 2A State Champion Wheatmore High School Squad, Bowman came to the High Country after a terrific high school career. In 17 games played as a junior, Bowman netted 36 goals, while dishing out 23 assists, shattering her program’s scoring records. The state title was the first in Wheatmore history, as they became the first girls’ team from Randolph County to win a soccer championship. Bowman also plays for the Charlotte Soccer Academy, where she excels in the air, leading the club in header goals. Bowman has also spent time playing soccer internationally in England.
