2023: Began the season as the Sunday starter before being shifted to the bullpen after four outings...Struck out 24 batters in 20.2 innings of work...Tossed two scoreless innings against ETSU on May 2 and followed that up with 1.1 scoreless innings at No. 8 Coastal Carolina on May 7...Made two appearances in the Sun Belt Tournament, tossing 1.1 innings in a win over Troy on May 26 and 3.0 innings against Southern Miss on May 27.

Prior to App State: Spent two seasons pitching for Wabash Valley Junior College, since returning from Tommy John surgery the year prior. Sleeper works from a three-quarter arm slot, featuring a fastball, changeup, slider, and cutter. Once rated as the third best product in the state of Minnesota, Sleeper posted a 2.63 ERA in 13 outings for the Warriors in 2022, following up a 2021 campaign where his ERA was just 0.96 over 10 appearances.
