2024: Played and started in all 19 games, amassing 1,478 minutes...Finished the season with 20 shots and six shots on goal...Scored goals against Wofford, Aug. 22 and at Davidson Sept. 8...Tallied an assist against Coastal Carolina Oct. 10...Moved from midfield to defense for the last quarter of the season due to injuries on the back line.

2023: Played in 18 games, earning 17 starts in her first collegiate season, totaling 1,268 minutes...Finished the season with four goals and one assist...First career goal came against Marshall on Oct. 8 as part of a second-half hat-trick against the Thundering Herd...One of 12 freshmen in the country to record a hat-trick this season and the first App State player to record a three-goal match since 2014...She finished the campaign with 29 shots and 14 shots on target, to help the Mountaineers secure a first-round bye and their best conference finish in program history.

Prior to App State: Simon was the captain of her club team, Charlotte Independence, where she plays for head coach Neil Roberts. She also played for Cuthbertson High School, where she was named the conference and region Player of the Year, in addition to garnering All-State recognition as a junior. She has tallied 14 goals and 12 assists in her high school career. Simon also plays basketball for Charlotte Independence, and has a cat named Goldie.
