Biography

Career: Played in 73 matches making 46 starts...scored three goals and four assists, amassing over 3,000 minutes in four seasons with the Mountaineers. 

2022: Played in 18 patches, making seven starts...finished the season with three shots including one shot on goal...Her lone assist of the season came on the Mountaineers game-winning goal against Coastal Carolina (9/22) in the 81st minute in a 2-1 victory...Graduated in Dec. 2022 with a degree in Supply Chain Management.

2021: Played in all 19 matches, starting in 10 contests...netted a goal in the season-opener against UNC Asheville (8/19) to help App State to a 3-0 win...Added an assist against Louisiana (10/21) to lead App State to their first conference victory...finished the season with 10 shots and six on goal...Played a season-high 65 minutes against Georgia State (9/26).

2020: Started in a personal-high 15 matches, while appearing in 18 contests ... her 1,077 minutes were a personal high ... three of her six shots were on goal ... tallied her lone assist in the season finale against Marshall (3/13) ... totaled a season-high 98 minutes against The Citadel (10/1/20). 

2019: Started in 14 of the 18 matches played, playing 843 minutes ... finished the season tied for second in goals with two ... she was tied for third in points with five (2 goals, 1 assist) ...  scored her first collegiate goal in a 6-0 win over UNCA (9/1) ... following a one goal, one assist performance against FIU (9/13), she was named the Sun Belt's Offensive Player of the Week ... was third on the team with eight shots on goal, while she finished the year with a game-winning goal. 


High School: A three-year letterwinner under Scott Sloan  at Heritage High School, Boyles started in over 60 matches her high school career, totaling an impressive 53 goals and 32 assists ... in her senior year, she capped off what was a stellar high school career with a North Carolina High School Athletic Association 4A state championship ... she was also named the Northern 4A Conference Player of the Year for a second straight season, while earning all-conference and all-region honors ... she also garnered all-Mid Atlantic Region honors while being named to North Carolina East-West All-Star game and the North Carolina/South Carolina All-Star game ... her junior year she scored a personal-high 24 goals with five assists, leading to a Northern 4A All-Conference and all-region selection ... after being named conference player of the year, she was recognized on the all-state and all-metro squads ... she was named to the Cap-8 All-Conference team and all-region team after tallying five goals and 12 assists. 

Personal: Born on Oct. 9, 2000 ...is the daughter of Jody and Marcia Boyles.... has two younger siblings, Jack and Landry ...her father played baseball for App State in 1991, was a recipient of the Edmonson Scholarship and was named to the All-Southern Conference freshman team.
