Austin Sarns joined App State Soccer as the Director of Operations in July 2025.

A graduate of Xavier University in 2024, Sarns worked closely with the Musketeers women's soccer program as both a student and as a graduate. He served as a student manager from 2022 through 2024 and upon completing his degree in sports management was promoted to Director of Operations for the 2024 season.

Sarns was born in Changsha, China but grew up in Ann Arbor, Mich., where he also served as the Director of Operations for AFC Ann Arbor in 2022. Sarns holds a grassroots coaching license.

Sarns now lives in Boone, N.C. and in his free time he enjoys working out, playing video games and watching sports.
