Put forth a successful career at Charlotte Catholic under the tutelage of Bobby Conrad, earning three varsity letters ... she helped her team capture back-to-back 20-win seasons while appearing in the North Carolina High School Athletic Association 3A Sweet 16 in consecutive seasons ... Bertolina averaged 18.5 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.2 steals per game  in her final season ...  she was honored as a first-team district selection and a three-time Southern Carolina All-Conference member ... the school's leading 3-point shooter all-time led the conference in scoring, trifectas made and double-doubles ...
