REDSHIRT-SENIOR • 2019-20
Played and started in all 30 games like the floor general for the Mountaineers ... led the team in assists per game (3.3) and assists with 99 ... also played a team-high 33.8 minutes per game ... was second in scoring averaging a career-high 11.2 points per game and second in 3-pointers with 40 ... her 40 steals were second on the team ... was sixth in the Sun Belt in assists, seventh in assist/turnover ratio and fifth in minutes played per game ... scored in double figures in 19 games with four games of 20 or more points ... poured in a season-high 21 points at Little Rock (1/25/20) on 7-for-13 shooting with three 3-pointers ... had two games with a season-best seven assists against Georgia State (1/30/20) and South Alabama (2/13/20) ... had back-to-back performances of 21 and 20 points, respectively, against Bethune-Cookman (12/19) and Canisius (12/20) ... posted four games with at least 10 points and five assists .... ended her App State career playing and starting in all 66 games, averaging 10.6 points, 3.9 assists and 3.0 rebounds per game.

The floor general for Appalachian did not disappoint in her first season of eligibility ... one of three players on the team to start in 36 games ... led the Mountaineers in assists per game at a rate of 4.4 per game, which was tied for second in the Sun Belt ... her 158 assists were second in the league, while her 1.5 assist to turnover ratio was sixth in the conference ... nationally, Polacek ranked 49th in total assists and 102nd in assists per game ... she led all collegiate players from Canada in assists per game ... the Canadian point guard was fourth in scoring, averaging a personal-high 10.1 points per game ... second on the team with 47 3-pointers ... 15th in the league in 3-point field goal percentage at 33.6 percent ... was one of two players in the conference to post two games with at least 10 assists ... the only player in the Sun Belt to average at least 10 points and 4 assists ... notched 14 of her 17 games in double figures over the last 23 games of the season, averaging 11.8 points per game during the stretch ... put forth three games with at least 20 points, highlighted by a career-high 27 points on 10-of-14 shooting and seven 3-pointers, which tied a school record in a road contest against Georgia State (2/21) ... dished out a career-high 11 assists with six points and five boards in a 65-62 win over Elon (11/20) at home ... seven of her top eight scoring performances came on the road, while she led the team in scoring on the road at a clip of 11.4 points per game ... en route to the Mountaineers capturing the WBI title, she turned in a solid 15 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.0 assists in the four wins.

PRIOR TO APP STATE

Polacek, a 5-5 guard from Ottawa,Canada, played two seasons at UCF where she started in 38 of 59 appearances, including 23 of 28 games during her freshman season. In her first season with UCF, Polacek made some noise where she led all freshman and was 10th in the American Athletic Conference averaging  2.9 assists per game. In her debut for UCF, she dropped a career-high 22 points on nine shots against Nebraska-Omaha, which started a streak of four-straight games in double figures to begin her career. Polacek continued the season as the Knights' floor general where she notched seven games with at least five assists that was highlighted by a career-high 10 helpers against Stetson. Her 80 assists was tied for the team lead.

During her sophomore season, Polacek started the final 12 contests for UCF at the end of the season. She dished out a season-best eight assists against Houston in a season-high 22 minutes, and finished the season with 43 assists and 26 miscues. For her career, Polaceck averaged 3.1 points and just over two assists per game.

HIGH SCHOOL
Prior to UCF, she was a member of the U17 Team Ontario squad that captured gold at the 2012 National Championships, while earning an OFSAA AAA title with Louis-Riel Rebelles in 2010.
