  • Earned First-Team All-SBC honors after finishing second with an 8K time of 24:40.4 at the SBC Championships (Oct. 28)
  • Three-time Sun Belt Runner of the Week selection (Sept. 6, Sept. 20, Oct. 4), the only men’s athlete to earn the honor thrice during the 2023 season 
  • Clocked an 8K personal best of 24:22.9 to round out the top-35 at the Live in Lou Cross Country Classic (Sept. 29-30)
  • Clocked a 10K personal best of 30:11.6 to place 43rd at the NCAA Southeast Regional (Nov. 10)

  • Earned Second-Team All-SBC honors after placing second in the 10,000 meters with a time of 30:59.54 at the SBC Outdoor Championships (May 9-11)
  • Placed seventh in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:43.02 at the SBC Outdoor Championships (May 9-11)
  • Clocked a personal best of 4:24.47 in the mile at the App State Open (Apr. 26-27)

  • Four-time qualifier for the VHSL State Cross Country Championships, finishing third in 2016 (16:31.00), second in 2017 (16:02.00) and winning the title in 2018 (16:12.00)
  • Four-time state qualifier in the indoor 3,200-meter run, winning the title in 2019 in 9:52.36 and finishing second in 2018 with a time of 9:43.70.
  • In outdoor competition, Wilson-Cook won the state championship in the 3,200-meter run in 9:51.32 and came in sixth in the 1,600-meter run in 4:37.09
