2012-13: Played in just 10 games as a freshman ... made his first collegiate appearance in the season opener against Montreat and played a season-high 22 minutes ... scored 16 points in his collegiate debut, the most for any App State freshman in their first game since Kellan Brand’s 19 against North Greenville in 2006.

Jerry also coached in the NBA with the Nets, Hornets and Cavaliers and collegiately at Howard and Louisville before spending nine years as the head coach at North Carolina A&T ... has three siblings, Lee Anne, Ashley and Anthony... majoring in management.
