Paul Padalino

Paul Padalino joins App State’s staff as a quality control assistant (defense) in 2022.
 
Previously, he served as an assistant coach at Georgetown under head coach Rob Sgarlata. Padalino started as a graduate assistant and worked his way into an assistant role in which he coached cornerbacks. 
 
Before that, Padalino worked as a quality coach and recruiting assistant at Richmond, where he tutored All-CAA first- and third-team selections. 
 
As a player, Padalino was a member of Richmond’s 2015 football team that won the CAA and advanced to the FCS national semifinals. He was also a part of the 2016 team that reached the FCS quarterfinals. In 2016, he recorded two tackles and appeared in five games. 

During the summer of 2019, Padalino was the football operations intern for the Buffalo Bills. He earned a degree in business administration from Richmond in 2019.
