Michael Norder joined App State’s staff as the Director of Football Athletic Training Services in February 2026.

Norder was Utah State’s head football athletic trainer during the 2025 season after working as an assistant athletic trainer at Georgia Tech from 2022-25. Before that, he had internships with the Cleveland Browns and Georgia Tech.

Norder earned his undergraduate degree from Florida in 2018 and a Master of Science degree from Baylor in 2020. He resides in the High Country with his wife, Taylor Sue.
