Marin Parsley joined the App State staff as a graduate assistant in operations in 2023. 
 
Before coming to App State, Parsley worked as an intern at Cincinnati, where she assisted the director of football operations with team and support travel arrangements and served as a member of Cincinnati's game day advancement program. She served as an intern at Cincinnati for three seasons. 
 
Currently, she is pursuing her master’s degree in business administration at App State. Parsley received a bachelor’s degree in sports administration from Cincinnati in 2023.
