Ian Martinez

Ian Martinez joined the App State football staff as the Assistant Director of Player Personnel in May 2023.
 
Martinez comes to App State after serving as the Director of Player Personnel at ULM in 2022. Martinez got his start in coaching at Miami, where he was a football operations assistant for 14 months. 
 
He is a 2018 graduate of Arizona, where he earned a degree in Sports Studies.
