2023: Appeared in 12 games … Had four tackles and intercepted one pass in the season-opening win against Gardner-Webb, picking off a throw and returning the ball 12 yards … Missed the next two games but appeared in the final 11 games, primarily on special teams.

Prior to App State: Played in 26 career games at Wofford with 31 total tackles and two forced fumbles over four years from 2019-22 .. After redshirting in 2019 (two games) and using no eligibility in the 2020-21 season (three games) because of COVID, played in 11 games in 2021 and 10 games in 2022 ...  Had 18 total tackles in 2022 ... At Chattanooga, had four tackles, and in the second quarter, forced a fumble that was recovered by the Terriers ... At Virginia Tech, had three tackles ... At Samford, had six tackles ... Named to the Southern Conference Fall All-Academic Team after being named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll in 2021.

High School: Started his last two seasons at linebacker for coach John Ford at Buford High School ... During his senior year, recorded 85 tackles and six sacks, earning a spot in the Georgia Elite Classic All-Star game ... As a junior, had 65 tackles and four sacks ... Team was 48-9 overall in his four seasons, finishing as state runner-up twice ... Also played lacrosse and was on the state championship fishing team ... Member of the Beta Club and National Spanish Honor Society ... Born March 27, 2001 ...  Brother, Griffin, was also an App State newcomer in 2023.
