2023 First Team All-Sun Belt

2023: In 16 starts went 8-4 with a 5.75 ERA in 87.2 innings of work...Set the App State single-season strikeout record with 115 on the season which led the Sun Belt (11.81 K/9)...Set a program-record with 15 strikeouts in eight shutout, one hit innings in an 11-0 victory over No. 8 Coastal Carolina on May 5. Fanned 13 batters against Louisiana on March 31...Named the Sun Belt Pitcher of the Week after both outings...App State went 11-5 in Hamilton's starts, including an 8-2 mark in Sun Belt play...His eight wins were tied for tenth most in a single season in program history...Struck out nine or more batters seven times.

2022: Earned Sun Belt Pitcher of the Week honors February 22 following 6.1 scoreless innings and 10 strikeouts in his first career outing with the Mountaineers. Struck out a career-high 11 in back-to-back starts February 26 at UNC Greensboro and March 5 versus UNC Wilmington. Struck out nine or more in each of his first five starts of the season. His 51 strikeouts through the first five weeks of the season ranked second in Division I. Missed final two months of the season due to injury, finishing the year with 62 strikeouts, which led the team, despite pitching just 43.2 innings.

Virginia Tech: Made nine relief appearances on the mound for the Virginia Tech Hokies in two total seasons … Four of his nine appearances were against ACC opponents … The transfer held a 5.40 career ERA for the Hokies tallying 6.2 innings of work.

High School: Was named the Cap 7 Pitcher of the Year as a high school senior for Needham B. Broughton … Recorded a 5-3 record, a 1.80 ERA and 89 strikeouts in 54.1 innings during his senior year.
