2020 (no eligibility used due to COVID-19): Played in 14 games and made 12 starts (nine in center field and three in right field) … Finished the season with five RBIs, two doubles, 10 hits, eight runs scored and a .204 batting average … Went 1-for-3 with two runs scored in App State’s 11-9 win at No. 24 Wake Forest … Recorded three two-hit games … Went 2-for-5 with two runs scored in a 6-2 win at North Carolina A&T … Went 2-for-6 with a double and a run scored at Kentucky on Feb. 23 … Knocked in two RBIs in a game twice, including two runs in App State’s first win of the season at Gardner-Webb on Feb. 16 … Scored two runs in a game twice … Committed no errors in the outfield and helped the Mountaineers sport a .981 fielding percentage, which ranked third amongst Sun Belt Conference opponents at the season’s conclusion … Season was cut short due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
2019: In his first year playing for the Mountaineers, batted .323 (second on the team) with a team-high 32 runs scored and five homers, 23 RBIs, four triples, four doubles, 41 total hits and five steals … Played in 41 games and made 34 starts (19 in right field, 10 in center field) … Started the final 14 games and 23 of the final 26 games … Led team in runs scored despite having just 127 official at-bats (ninth on the team) and reaching base via a hit/walk/HBP a combined 55 times … In league play, batted a team-best .333 with five homers in 26 games (23 starts) … Homered in back-to-back Sun Belt games against both Georgia Southern and UTA, helping App State sweep the then-first-place Mavs … Over his last 16 games, batted 25-for-61 (.410) with four three-hit games, 13 runs and 11 RBIs … Had three stolen bases and scored four runs in a home shutout of North Carolina Central … Had two doubles in the first three innings of a ULM finale that was stopped and canceled by rain.

Three-year all-conference selection hit .426 during his three-year career with a .492 average as a junior and .377 average as a sophomore ...
