HIGH SCHOOL: Three-time North Carolina All-State selection and the 2023 1A state player of the year at Draughn High School...Perfect Game ranked him the No. 394 left-handed pitcher nationally, the No. 161 player in the state of North Carolina and No. 19 lefty pitching prospect in the state…Utilizes a fastball, changeup and curveball...As a senior batted .476 with 8 2b, 4 3b, 3 HR, 32 RBI in 24 games...On the Mound went 7-4 with a 2.12 ERA and 113 strikeouts in 56 innings pitched…Fired four complete games including two shutouts and a no hitter…threw three no-hitters in his high school career…Finished his career with a 1.51 ERA and 406 strikeouts...Also played basketball.
