Christina Biddle, who joined the App State sports medicine staff in 2015, enters her eighth year working with App State's baseball program.

Biddle's work helped pitcher Matt Brill, who sat out the 2016 season while recovering from Tommy John surgery, become a 12th-round draft pick in 2017 and a minor league All-Star in 2018.

Prior to Appalachian, Biddle was a graduate assistant athletic trainer at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where she worked with men's soccer, swimming and diving and baseball. While at Wisconsin-Whitewater, Biddle earned her Master's Degree in professional development with an emphasis in health, human performance and recreation. 

During her tenure there, she also worked with the 2014 NCAA DIII Championship baseball team, an NCAA tournament qualifying soccer team and numerous NCAA swimming and diving championship participants.

Biddle also worked as an assistant athletic trainer at Greensboro College in North Carolina from 2011-13 and has been an athletic trainer in the Valley Baseball League, a member of the National Alliance of College Summer Baseball, since 2009. 

Biddle earned her Bachelor's Degree in athletic training from Bridgewater College in 2011. She currently resides in the High Country.
