2025: Appeared in 42 games as a true freshman, making 36 starts…Slashed .284/.350/.362/.712…Batted .321 in league play… Registered five hits and four runs scored across first two career starts against UMass Lowell Feb 22-23… Tallied seven-game hitting streak from Feb. 22 through March 4, going 10-for-29 (.345) with 6 RBI and 8 runs scored… Added six-game hitting streak March 28 through April 9 going 11-for-20 (.550)…Went 5-for-6 against Old Dominion, including a career-high four-hit effort and his first career home run in game two of a doubleheader on March 29.

Prior to App State: Luft joins the Mountaineers out of North Broward Prep where he was rated by Perfect Game as the eighth-best third baseman in the state of Florida as well as being a top 50 overall player in the state. Luft led North Broward prep to three state titles in four years as well as a runner-up finish, totaling 98 wins across four seasons. He earned All-county and All-District honors in each of his four seasons and batted over .330 each of his final three high school seasons. He finished his four-year career with eight homers 74 RBIs and over 100 hits. He also walked as many times as he struck out across four seasons.
