2025:
Played and started in 54 games…Slashed .307/.397/.395 with eight doubles, two triples and two home runs…Drove in 34 runs and scored 41… Blasted a grand slam as part of a seven-run fifth inning to help App overcome six-run deficit in win over UMass Lowell on Feb. 23… Delivered walk-off single in the 11th inning against Texas State on March 15…Recorded nine-game hitting streak March 8-22… Tallied career-high four hits in 17-5 win over ULM on April 6…. Diving catch at Marshall on April 11 landed him the No. 2 spot on SportsCenter's Top-10 plays countdown.

2024: Played and started in 52 games primarily at second base...Slashed .299/.395/.439 with 14 doubles, three triples, two home runs and 38 RBIs...Batted .371 in Conference play which ranked 12th in the Sun Belt...Homered in first plate appearance as a Mountaineer Feb. 16 at Gardner-Webb...Named the Sun Belt Player of the Week March 26 after tallying 10 hits and 10 RBIs helping the Mountaineers to a series win over No. 13 Coastal Carolina...Tallied an 11-game hitting streak March 19 - April 7, including doubles in each of the first eight games of that stretch...Finished the season with 13 multi-hit games and recorded a 25-game on-base streak.

Prior to App State: Zamora joins the Mountaineers after playing two seasons as a middle infielder for Miami Dade College. In 2023, Zamora batted .326 and drove in 33 runs in 49 games. He walked 31 times compared to 23 strikeouts, for an on-base percentage of .427 on the campaign. Zamora was named a first team All-Southern Conference selection in addition to being named to the state’s all-tournament squad. His brother, Freddy Zamora, played shortstop for Miami, and is now playing professionally in the Milwaukee Brewers organization after being drafted in the second round of 2020. Zamora was born in Managua, Nicaragua, and is bilingual.
