BOONE, N.C. — App State Football's home game against Charlotte on Saturday in Kidd Brewer Stadium is officially a sellout.
This weekend's Black Saturday (Under the Lights) game has a scheduled kickoff time of 6 p.m.

The Mountaineers (2-0) have opened the 2026 season with a 55-3 home victory against Maine and a 27-24 road win at East Carolina.
This is the 17th sellout in the last 19 App State home games at The Rock, which has been ranked as a Top 25 stadium in all of college football by ESPN, The Athletic and College Football Campus Tour.
The top five single-season average home attendance marks in App State and Sun Belt Conference history have been those reached by Mountaineer fans at The Rock in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.
