BOONE, N.C. — Alexandra Kay is making her way to the High Country and will open for Jon Pardi on July 25 at Kidd Brewer Stadium in a show presented by Explore Boone.
One of country music's fastest-rising artists, Kay has built a passionate fanbase of more than 8.7 million followers across social media while emerging as a major force on the touring circuit. Named one of CMT's 2025 Next Women of Country and a Pandora 2025 Artist to Watch, the Illinois native has shared stages with Tim McGraw, Jelly Roll and Brad Paisley and recently opened for Morgan Wallen's sold-out performance at Hyde Park in London.
Kay released her sophomore album,
Second Wind, earlier this year following the success of her independently released debut album,
All I've Ever Known, which reached No. 1 on the iTunes All-Genre and Country charts. She has sold more than 80,000 tickets as an independent headlining artist and has collaborated with country music legend Randy Travis and the Backstreet Boys.
Before pursuing music full-time, Kay was a highly competitive softball player and competed for a nationally ranked travel organization. She credits her years on the diamond with helping shape the work ethic and competitive drive that have fueled her rise in the country music industry.
Pardi's stop in Boone is part of his HONKEYTONK HOLLYWOOD TOUR 2026 and stands in a long line of major summer performances at The Rock. The California native has produced six No. 1 singles and earned numerous RIAA Platinum and Gold certifications throughout his career.
