BOONE, N.C. -- App State men's basketball plays it second game in three days, welcoming Boyce to the Holmes Convocation Center on Wednesday evening. The contest is part of a doubleheader with the women's program, with tip scheduled for approximately 7:30 p.m. on ESPN+.

clicking here. Wednesday night's contest is a doubleheader with the women's program, with one ticket being valid for both events. Fans are asked to pickup a men's ticket at the southwest gate following the conclusion of the women's game for a new seat.

- There are no crowd size restrictions at this time.
- Face coverings are required in all indoor areas, regardless of vaccination status. If actively eating, face coverings are not required to be worn
- Face coverings are not required outside the Holmes Convocation Center.
- Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the facility.

- This will be the first meeting between the two schools.
SCOUTING THE MOUNTAINEERS
- App State topped Hartford 69-59 on Monday evening.
- Michael Eads Jr. scored a career-high 20 points off the bench on a career-high eight made field goals and four 3-pointers. Adrian Delph added 12 points and five rebounds and Donovan Gregory tallied 11 points, six rebounds and two blocks. CJ Huntley added six points and a career-high seven rebounds in a reserve role.
- Delph has scored in double figures in all eight games this season and leads the team and sits third in the conference in scoring at 17.9 points.
- App State has held two of its last three opponents under 60 points and is surrendering just 61.5 points this season, which ranks third in the conference.
- The Mountaineers are also holding opponents to 28.4 percent shooting on threes, which sits second in the Sun Belt.
SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS
- Boyce enters play with a 2-4 overall mark after falling 81-72 at Berea on Nov. 23.
- Bailey Benham had 30 points and grabbed nine rebounds. Tyler Nauert added 17 points and Brody Madeira chipped in with 15 points.
- Four Bulldogs are averaging double figures in scoring in Benham (17.0 ppg), Tyler Nauert (16.5 ppg), Madeira (14.3 ppg) and Trey Mollet (12.0 ppg).
- Mollet has a team-best 19 assists and 12 steals on the season.
