BOONE, N.C. — Rookie running back
Darrynton Evans, a third-round pick out of App State, made his anticipated debut Sunday with the Tennessee Titans.
Evans, who missed the first two games while recovering from an injury, gained 4 yards on his first career carry. He finished with three carries for 9 yards on eight offensive snaps as the Titans improved to 3-0 with a 31-30 win against the Minnesota Vikings.
Tae Hayes, CB, Miami Dolphins
Hayes was promoted from the practice squad to the active roster and played 15 defensive snaps in a 31-13 win against Jacksonville.
Akeem Davis-Gaither, LB, Cincinnati Bengals
Davis-Gaither made two tackles in a 23-23 tie with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played 25 defensive snaps and was in on 72 percent of the special teams plays.
Sam Martin, P, Denver Broncos
Martin averaged 45.2 yards on five punts, with a long of 49, and put one inside the 20 during a 28-10 loss to Tampa Bay.
Daniel Kilgore, C, Kansas City Chiefs
Kilgore was again active for the Chiefs but did not play in a 34-20 win against Baltimore on Monday Night Football.
Josh Thomas, S, Buffalo Bills
Thomas made the practice squad as an undrafted rookie safety for the Bills.
Ronald Blair, DE, San Francisco 49ers
Blair is beginning the 2020 season on the 49ers' reserve/PUP list as he works to return from a 2019 injury.
